Reaching Out, Get the inside scoop on parenting your teenager

Reaching Out is a support group offering problem solving and education for parents raising teenagers. We will be covering:

• Getting to know your teen and the teenage brain

• Different styles of parenting and goals of behaviour

• How to be an encouraging parent

• Communication and solving problems together

• Empathetic listening and forgiveness

There is no fee for this program. Group will be facilitated by Brian McDonald

Dates: Thursdays October 9th, 16th, 30th, Nov 6th, & Nov 13 Time 6:30-8:30pm. Location: Catholic Family Services Regina at 974 Albert Street. ( Please park in the back and use the canopy entrance on the west side of the building. Please ring the bell if the door is locked.)
