CFS fosters a work culture based on Respect, Humility, Honestly and Integrity. Staff and clients are treated with genuineness, kindness and fairness. At times of need there is always someone who will wipe away your tears, give you a hug, or just bend an ear to listen. Staff recognize that to be human is to make errors and no one frowns upon this or expects perfection. CFS has a team approach and that lends to the fact that, no one person is every left behind or made to feel as such. We rejoice in our successes and find solutions to overcome our challenges. It is easy to go the extra mile and make coming to work FUN, when you know that you are respected and your voice is heard!
